You can change the power of a raid in world builder, while you are in the raid

While that indeed is weird, wouldn't say it's an issue, the question tho is, if you can change power to lower than required for X level items (10 * X lvl power)

I couldn't remember the specifics myself, but I think EXo is right. There's a limit, and you can change it within that limit, but no further.

Shouldn't be any side-effects from it. For instance, I don't think it'll invalidate treasure lists or anything like that.
