Something great was lost, but at the same time, something terrible was removed

If only there were a way to allow the creation of items without being subjected to such abuse.

I'll have to think about it a bit more.

If I recall correctly, the reason it was removed was because of copyright enfringement, not lack of quality. If you bring that ability back, even with strict restrictions, you risk lawsuit.
