Minor update: Preferred Player via SMS/Paypal is working now - all tests have succeeded. I just hope it works in the real world too
I have also implemented a yearly option for Paypal, which gives 3 months discount.
I have fiddled with the bonuses of all of the Preferred Player packages, and they are a bit more expensive than they are now. I had to do it. There was not enough difference between ultimate and basic.
There is a lot of good that will come of this, however. You get more points per week, and I'm working on 'Special Item Credits' which Preferred Players(and monthly compet*tion winners) can use to acquire rare and powerful Item from the Speciality store.
I'm open to any suggestions about Preferred Player, but I have to get the thing out the door, so I'm going to wait until everything is updated and running smoothly before I change anything else.
