Other than the usual white backgrounds there, tooltips won't appear when hovering over my stat bar (time, level, points, exp, credits, turns)

I'm having issues creating new portal actions myself. I'll look into this ASAP.

Again, baffled... it looks like this portal action function issue hasn't been touched for SEVEN years, and even that's probably just when I moved VCS.. Very unusual. Fixing now..

Edit: Portal action creation issue fixes. How on earth did none of us notice this before. Perhaps new database version is ever so slightly different in its behaviours with insert ids...
