World Map Content
As part of the game's upgrade process, the world maps will be increasingly populated with monsters, buildings, spawn points, raids and resource nodes(fish, ore, etc).
The process will take a few weeks to pick up speed, but it's well on it's way now:) I look forward to finishing this!
Monthly Recruitment Competition!
We now have a monthly recruitment competition in which the top 5 players receive Point rewards!
Everybody is able to help recruit new players to the game, and it's very simple to do so now!
Check LEADERBOARDS/Recruitment Competition for more information.

Scheduled Maintenance on 6th June 08
Just to inform you, I will be taking the server off-line for a couple of hours on the 6th in order to install a few updates.
I apologise for any inconvenience.
Updates List
The site-wide updates have started.
You can view an ongoing list of updates HERE.
Please note: You need to be logged in to view that link.
If you have any ideas/suggestions for the game, feel free to post them in the Idea Submission forum;)
Upgrade Process
Okay, it is almost time for me to get all of those idea submissions implemented.
From tomorrow(most likely), I will begin by fixing any oddities noted on the bug reports forum. Next, I will browse through the list of idea submissions and create a todo list out of everything that seems viable.
Among the most blatant requests are expansions to the quest, cheaper items for new players, and bank allowance increases.
Again, I want to thank everyone who has recently supported the game through Preferred Player/Points;)
Version 8.15.0 Released
We'll still be looking at ways to reduce the number of occasions you see it, if at all, in the near future.
Lots of substantial backend changes today as well:
- The periodic tasks that grant hourly experience, execute raids, etc., have been made into multi-node runners to prepare for better horizontal scaling (faster, more robust)
- Changes to DB schema (caused by adding new features, etc.) is now applied automatically upon deployment, speeding up game development
- Misc fixes for tracking new player entry points and suspicious page accesses which regressed slightly due to moving to front-controller design
More to come, we want this kind of update cadence to be maintained going forward. Main focus is new game content (maps, items), and some long-standing feature requests (guild territorial control, progression systems, new player skill trees, item extended attributes that act like passive skill buffs that stack). Should be interesting year for the game!
