he meant when there was a max and if you sent 15xxxxxx and your max was 15xxxxxx the total cost would be 16xxxxxx but its nothing to worry about now

no what i mean is, say you got 5,000,000 in your bank, and you want to send all of it to a mate, the 'total cost' says 5,750,000 but you dont have that much, so the total cost should stop at 5,000,000 and the actual amount they will receive is 4,347,826
