Support for Items that expired after a certain number of minutes is working now

I have also added support for Player Bound items - weaponry that you cannot trade/auction/give to others.
These will be used for any items preferred players receive.

Every week or month they will receive a few random items - they will be powerful, but perishable.
They might last a few hours, or perhaps a few days.

Seems like a nice idea to me.

will people still be able to send large amounts of money into ur bank?

one other thing, i think it'd be better if the "total cost" for transfers should go the the max amount in your bank and not over it
