I am working on an architecture framework this week, which will be done by Friday, and will allow players to create their own maps, items, and much more.

These players can group together in teams to work on a project, and share resources between other developers.

Only certain players will be allowed to join the architects, and will be screened by me.

This will allow people with a good idea to get it into the game with little intervention by me.
Game depth will increase dramatically I can't wait.

I much go now. 14 days of programming to do in 7

will this be available to all players or will people have to request to use it...?

People will have to request, and it will be carefully moderated.
It will not be like last time, when we had a million crappy items and maze-like maps

a maze map with a raid boss in the middle would be fun , you shouldnt have mentioned it though

and atleast we will have alot more items we can choose from, and will the creator(s) of the item be given 1 as a "present" for making it and getting onto the site ?

No It won't work like that. You may get a point reward, but you only submit the images to the architects, not the stats of the item.
