the smaller units need to unit and combind forces to compete with the top 5 guilds...why be stagnant  and look for members when they are out there.. look for another guild with the ideals and combine efforts and forces.

He's right though.  That's what I did with this guild I'm in. 

 I came in, browsed through the smaller guilds that had just a few people in it and merged them into one.   Don't overlook the newer, lower levels.  If properly motivated, they'll prove their worth in the end. 

There are just too many weak guilds out there.  There's no need for all the mess...

They might not be able to contend with the top 4 guilds ..yet, but atleast we've taken over the 5th rank. 

Maybe if Black Wolves and Hells Army merged together, they could take that away from us.  Then again, they'd have to put aside their differences and ..'work together'.  

Fifth spot is nothing to be proud of at the moment however once you rise to fourth then I 'may' raise an eyebrow towards the guild that is not even yours
