Anyway, the sideaffect is that some accounts with 0 experience are dropping to level 0 - this should not be possible!

I wouldn't worry about it. Nothing can happen to your account if you are active.
Since the resync knocked items into backpacks, you people who didn't like little guys having big guns should be happy too
The main problem is, when they are level 0, then return to level 1 again, they have incorrect base variables. This makes them a tiny bit stronger than other level 1 players.
That is why a few new players have complained to me about being unable to win attacks against a few players.
It is all fixed now, but the cause of this strange error is not known.
