Development has not been stopped. We are currently in the planning stages of many new updates and are beginning implementation.

I can't really say. But it seems as though Godfather is going to have a more active role in it's development, and help CK out. This seems to mean more activity update-wise, and faster content. I truly look forward to seeing what they have planned. It's hard to keep your faith after so long... many promises were made. But I think it's going to head in a good direction now, and my loyalty to the game wont be in vain 
If CK is God of this game, I shall start calling GF the Jesus of this game.
