Personally, I like the extra activity. I do think there are some personality clashes though, and it's causing needless arguments.
We don't, as a rule, allow blatant swearing and offensive imagery on the game. We're not obsessed with policing it, but we try our best.
Sociopath could do with a lesson in tact, but he usually has a point when he tells someone do something. 
If you post things in a public forum stating that you're the best, someone will dispute it. If you're offended by that, there is no hope for you. Not here, and not in the real world 
We just want people to be civil to each other.
