You can attack inactives. I doubt they appear on the random slaughter page.

well i use bookmarks to attack it took me a while to set up all the bookmarks but its way worth it theres 2,582 total players so that mean u can get up to 4000-5000attack  in 24hours

Normally it's just done with tabs alone.

well i use dial up so i cant do tabs , it will take forever to load so i do page by page which is faster for me
