So tiebreaker was previous month attacks instead.
If you check log, you'd see that the number inserted for Vespah is 20k not 2k.
On brackets It doesn't show more than 4 digits, but real result can still be seen in logs.

Actually, the total attacks used were for all of last month, not just a single day. Vespah did over 20k attacks last month and Harwood did slightly over 2k.
