Yes, but less of these sellers have their prices at 25k nowadays, and there doesn't seem to be as many people with the "selling points" messages on their profiles.
If there is a lot of supply and demand, that would generally maintain the price.
But, I'd say the demand is currently greater than the supply- you (or at least I) much more often see messages from people trying to buy points than ever trying to sell them, now. And most of those people are willing to buy for 30k each.
