Yea it does the same thing to myn and i bought that Darth Vader PSP, So it does the same thing and iwas going to message cyber but i forgot.

The PSP web browser does not support all of the common web standards, according to Wikipedia.

Some of the things I use, AJAX in particular, must not be supported.

I can make a theme to get working menus for you, but I don't think I can fix the quest if I don't know what is wrong with it.

I havent really tried the quest yet, but i could next time i get on with me PSP. 

Skills page doesn't work either, can't cast anyhting, even though all the skills show up.

Again, another page which uses AJAX. But, ajax is ancient. It works in IE6, and was available before then too.

If the PSP browser is tripping up on that, it's quite a shocker
