I believe I've found somewhat what the problem is, I've tried deleting all cookies and it works fine. Hopefully, that's the cause.
EDIT ^Scratch that, it didn't work. I guess I went on an insanely lucky run. On the 4th try, I got the message for about 10 times until I decided to try and deliberately get it wrong. And it worked

I've definitely not had that. The image always has an anchor. That'll just be your dodgy browser
