How can it possibly be annoying?

It is an info box. It is telling you whether I've added new stock, which I haven't.
I suppose I could hide it and show only one New Stock, if that is what you want.

I'll try it now.

I don't think I understood what you meant, but I have changed the Item store.

I go to item store and go to
BROWSE BY SLOT!!
And the weapon

I think i see the point here. When i go to item store. - Browse by slot and then random weapon, shields or armor, nothing comes up.

You have to see everything at one time, instead of looking at only weapons and only shields etc.

Just read your post and fixed this problem.

I fix they had explained it like that before.

I thought they were complaining about the New Stock in 48 hours thing being shown(smiley)
