What Exactly does stripping experience do? Every time i attack someone and win it says i stripped experience from them. does that mean i took it from them or does it just get deleted from their overall total?

When experience is gained, it is added to your character's statistics.
When experience is stripped, it is deducted from the enemy's statistics.
So, by stripping their experience, you are removing some experience from their account, which will eventually make them weaker, unless they work to recover lost experience
