is it possibles since the divine blessing skill is targetable that a few people cast that skill over and over on 1 person will the skills cancel or add up ?

I don't think it should be done any other way.

It would lead to ma**ive damage on a single player.

Agreed, an entire gang could cast the same debuff skill on someone and bring them to their knees otherwise.
