I'm looking at making the attacking cooldown show visually on the World page, as it does on the Attack page. Might reduce the chance of accidentally hitting an NPC before it elapses.

Should be deployed in a few minutes. If anyone has any bother with it, let me know here.
Hopefully it takes some mild annoyance out of attacking NPCs.
