I might have to tweak it, don't know how it plays out in reality, but atm you can do up to 20%, min 10 participants, 1 random new participant every 24 hrs if not meeting minimum, and everyone can buy at least 1 ticket.

The initial ramp up might be slow going without a bit of headroom, but we'll see. Might be worth making the jackpot more like lottery where it holds some back for next draw.
