What are your thoughts on showing a Boss NPC's treasure list on its page? Part of me worries that it takes the mystery out of it, but on the other hand, at least you know it has something to drop.

Same applies to normal NPCs as well, I suppose.

What is the general consensus on this?

Okay, I've had a crack at it. Also tidied up the merchants page. If we feel this spoils the surprise, we can add a flag to hide some of the items, or make it so that items don't get shown until someone has found one, etc.
