Does top raiding guilds keep track of the raids that guild has performed or is it made up of the combined raids of the current members?

I'm afraid it's the combined raids of members at the moment. I can't give you an explanation for that, other than that's what we were already doing on the main leaderboard page. I've put a task in to start tracking that on the guild itself, if we aren't already.
Edit: Possibly have good news... I have raid logs in DB from as early as 11/06/2008, so we can probably easily reconstruct the true value

This probably includes raids you started and then lost though. Not sure whether to include those as we don't for total player attacks.
