To be fair, most players already knew the rules, so they probably never bothered to check it, I only noticed because of discussion in its chat. xD

I feel like it has been mentioned at times. Maybe not directly that it doesn't state it requires 10, but I know it wasn't the first time I asked to confirm it was 10 minimum. I also seem to recall asking about it, because it had been like 3 or 4 years since a roll even happened lol.
