The page that it redirects to after adding items to the guild vault, https://www.futurerp.net/pages/guild_vault_add.php , doesn't seem to do anything. Just displays a blank page. Tested it twice and same result.

I'm not quite sure how I managed to publish a change to that page, because it wasn't ready yet. Should be working now.
