it says it drops 1 item i looked all over the map and havent found it 

I forgot to give the items an icon.
Mouseover at the point you killed the npc will show the items.

lol keylo that was my bad, i think i stole your item lol, i saw you next to the spot and i clicked on your square and i saw the item and took it lol it might of been the one he dropped. not sure lol if it was my bad
