Was just sorting through my badges and had an idea ... It would help people manage their badges alot quicker if you had a multiple selection sorta thing?
For example: If I chose 5 badges to manage put them from #1-#5 but wanted them in a different order later I could just select multiple badges to be numbered in a different order (select #1 to be #3 + #4 to be #2) instead of removing from top 8 or 16 so you dont have to manage all badges individually? 
So I could select #1 to be #3 and #4 to be #2 at the same time and then press confirm and it changes them all at the same time ... you understand?
Just thought this would help people so they didnt have to sort through their badges invidivudally! (Not that it takes ages anyway)
