For everybody that has played pokemon you get pokedex so when you catch a pokemon it notes it into the pokedex like location ect.
so how about this when an item is deposited into the guild vault the map and what raid it was raided from and what set it's from and the requirements for the item. would get noted into the guild's item dex so in the future if a player want to get an item they could check the item dex to see where and what raid it came from or vendor

i kinda like this idea except for like if someone didn't want you to know where this item was i think there could be an optional block. but other than that not bad

Interesting premise. I don't know if this was covered, but you probably wouldn't want to list all of the items, just a subset of well known and importance ones, and then just append newly discovered ones to the list, rather than having a vacant pre-existing slot for them.
We wouldn't want to spoil the surprise by listing them all.
Stop trying to keep your super secret GM weapon with 999,999 atk and speed all to yourself! It's obvious CK doesn't want to list all the items so his god-like items won't be discovered!
