Here's a small idea to encourage friendly compet*tion:
Can there be a wager system whereby you can make a 'bet' with another player for overall monthly growth or overall attack count?
I'd a**ume there'd be more activity if you have 3,000 points on the line, for example.
Well, it does sound interesting. I'm not sure how much it'd be used though. 
I can imagine guilds setting up rewards for their members, which is doled out automatically. This was something I thought might be covered by the Grid Game and Tournament features.
