So I been hitting all over the place and the only time something has dropped from a mob is in the Christmas zone

Do items actually drop or wha?

Most items are dropped from Raid Bosses. There aren't many normal NPC's that drop items. All the sets in game are dropped from various bosses.

then i guess that there are those NPC's that you can buy items off?

ie, Gate Watcher Vendor

The only vendors that work as far as I know are player made ones. The old vendors don't sell items at the moment. Best bet for the lower level items is the Armoury.

If regular NPCs were to drop items, the probability wouldn't be large.
