Ok I used 25 points to get to lvl 4, but now i cant lvl at all! ive killed over 30 people and still no lvl. I went to missions and it said to go to the quest, i went there and killed like 10 snakes and still couldnt figure it out. PLEASE HELP ME! pm me with an answer.

There is a green bar on the stats bar, to the right of EXP:.

Just use Actions/Random Slaughter to find people to attack. Each win makes you  closer to leveling up.
