I'm not sure if this is an actual glitch or if it's just a crazy coincidence but the last 5 times our guild has raided one of my boss npcs (Red Dragon) it has dropped an item, also each time it has been the same item (Dragon Cloak). I'm a**uming that this is some kind of bug because the odds of this actually happening would be crazy

I think you can blame that one on me. I was messing about with the treasure list a week or so ago, and your NPCs were some of my victims. I must have moved a decimal point on the chance 
Edit: fixed, but the chances are back to their awful selves again. I'll try to address that this week. I never seem to have time to look into it
1.5% drop rate seems really harsh, even for high level, Rare quality items. When you go to the effort you have to go to to form a winning raid, you should get /something/ every now and then
