Having someone as a ling gets you what benefits? I got a message the other day that I got a portion of one of my lings exp, but haven't receive that message since.

Also, why does my banner say I'm 132 place when I'm 70something-th?

You get about 30% of what your underling grows each day until he/she gets lvl 30 or it has been 90 days since he/she joined.
2nd post: Probably because of inactives who aren't included in browse players list.

I completely forgot about that referral thing. Nice.
