I'm having this same issue, only sometimes it is taking longer than 24 hours to reset. I clicked akasha's link atleast 25 hours ago and it still says that I've already given him experience today. Had the same problem 2 days ago.

But yes, I liked it the way it was before. I believe we can just set our link timers in Yarolds to every 24 hours. But I know we won't get as many clicks as we do now. It was better the way it was before
As a temporary measure, I've reinstated the 00:00 log purge. It means that the log page is wiped at 00:00 too, but at least link clicks get the old behaviour back.
There is a better fix for this, which allows both to work as expected, but I'd rather do it at a time that I can actually test it, instead of 10 minutes before I log off for the night 
I've also flushed the logs older than 24 hours manually, to get it as fresh as possible until the 00:00 process takes over. Let me know if you have any further problem with this.
