Updated the Location of Features post, as a visual image to help out. generally where the line is, is where the portal is.
The map is now open to all, but the prices for bosses, for now, are staying. There are no plans of unlocking that feature for all however. I just mean that the cost may change.

The Escape does not fit the original story. -- Reward for completing quest chain?

Level 150 map has no correlation to the story, quest chain should end at level 140. However Satan is in Nightmare 150-2....
[ - ]Solution would be to change story, -- Satan is last raid. Remove item, weaken raid. No need to have items, for now. Do not make Bael or Lilith part of quest - Give items

Defeat Keepers of [Time?]. Slip into the Dream to defeat the supernatural forces that control the world. -- Find Angels of the realm fighting for control against the Demons. Work deeper into the dream - quests. Defeat Darkness - Supernatural being in control of the world. Continue forth to defeat the dormant creator - Satan.

That's actually pretty funny. Though I'm sure you didn't need this guide on how to be g**, you are probably quite the professional already, and there is nothing wrong with that.
