You all know how Unclaimed Prizes have a time limit on them, right? My idea is that once that time limit runs out and you lose your chance to claim the prize what if, instead of the prizes/revenue just disappearing into oblivion, they were put into some sort of lottery? Either an entirely different lottery just for Unclaimed items, or into the existing lottery/point raffle.

I'm not sure what to think 
We do need /something/ to bump up the jackpot occasionally, but it needn't rely on people not collecting their prizes.
