When it says sorry you have to wait a little bit for attack to fast i hit the back arrow and when i move it moves me two spaces forward

The page probably shows your state at the beginning of the original page. Basically, it shows you as not having moved yet, thus making it seem you move 2 spaces.

Are you on Chrome? It shouldn't be caching the damned page. It sends headers telling it NOT to. It even changes the URL for every single move (a timestamp is appended to the GET request).
