The Swift Kill List was never supposed to be a lazy, idiot-proof way to attack everyone you possibly can in the game. It was only supposed to be a quick list of players near your level that had been online recently.
It has (d)evolved into a filter that serves up only those that you can beat. I don't like that, but since it is currently expected to provide this facility, it might as well do it properly. The Etherium users are no longer shown on the list.
If I have any performance issues due to this, it may be removed again. I do not anticipate any for the foreseeable future, however.
