Has happened to me plenty of times.  what kitten said was right... if you do it wrong the first time like award a medal to no one then no one gets the medal, you get an "error" message and your guild loses the money.  it sucks.  happened at least 3 times in my frp career.  i have said something to ck before but its quite obvious he hates me.  

when you encounter a bug, you should come to the bug reporting section and explain how and when it happened.
random blabbering about it in the chat wont help because he cant remember everything. neither does PMimg him cause he doesnt check his inbox too often and it fills up too quickly -> older messages get deleted.

It's one of the older parts of the site. I'm actually overhauling the medals in their entirety in a week or so (for Medal Making support in WB), but I'll get this fixed first thing in the morning.

Crazy how this hasn't been pinpointed for so long.

I don't recall you ever explaining the problem in this way. I know what I need to fix the problem now though I have been pretty busy for months; it's possible you mentioned it, but didn't/couldn't provide enough info, and I just forgot about it.
I usually fix bugs as soon as I can.
