How about... just getting rid of "withdraw all" altogether? If you really want to withdraw all your funds, it's easy to type in whatever you have. The accident of pressing withdraw all is quite easy to overlook, and the minor inconvenience of losing the button is worth getting rid of the risk, in my opinion.
