It wasn't at the beginning of round 4 when 70 agility gave you the speed of someone almost 10 levels above you
Then I changed the agility attribute and 70 became nothing..

maybe it shouldn't be a set amount, but rather, a percent like Mike suggested with the block idea, that way the number would always be proportionate to the players stats.
