Player notebook (awesome already!) user-friendly-ness feature:

Since the buttons for editing/deleting a note are so close, mistakes can occur.

Having a window to pop up when "delete" is pressed, asking the player whether he confirms the deletion of the note, would be helpful.

Submitted as issue #115. Really minor tweak.
