Stealth can not only be uncovered by casting insight, but also just by looking at stripped exp (Like some players have claimed) and looking at who's online and watching players who have stealth casted right now.

I think when you have the skill activated only you can see it and to any other player it is hidden, also it should hide the exp taken

I dunno if CK even decides to put the new skills. He kind of seems to dislike em.
