It is somewhat overpriced, but then, it's not instantly for level 15s just because they *can* equip it.
Many players find it easy enough to get that amount of money, so it's not too bad.
The prices will have to be reduced though.

There are items around the lookout point which are cheaper or dropped by npcs. You seem to have found the laser rifle. Well done

It's because the other players use the Browser Players page to kill everyone in range. That and Swift Kill on the attack page.

The World is new. It will change AGAIN in a few days, introducing many new monsters to attack, so don't worry about it.

FYI, the Talisman slot of is a special slot which isn't revealed yet. You can't find any of them because they will be put online in a few weeks.
