I visited the point center and found out that the "Turns Per Hour Upgrade" has disappeared? Why is this so? Is it:

1. Did you set the normal turn per hour gain to 500 turns for all players? If this is so, I and a few others maybe spent points upgrading that (dont remember the amount of points that it cost) will that be refunded?

2. You cancelled out everyupgrade just because........ ?

the turns per hour upgrades arent gone, i can still see them.

Oh? But they are gone.. Double, Triple, Quadruple checked.. GONE!

Or maybe I can't see them anymore since I already bought them???

EDIT: Nah! I already bought the others as well but I can still see them.. So it really is gone..

well, i can see them clear as day, i just double checked my self, and they all there.

I can see clearly also there not gone 

Well I cant see them period!

And doesnt mean that what you see is what I must see as well..
