It is because they had no rank.
They should ALWAYS have a rank. It is meant to give them the default rank.
You aren't somehow deleting the default rank are you?
When did you make the guild? or is it an old one?

I made it about 6 months ago... never had any problems until now... I'm not sure about the default rank, I don't think I ever deleted it...

Ill keep an eye on that then. It won't cause any inconvienience if the issue is still there.
I will just have to try to find out why it keeps disappearing

Looked today, and I don't see any guilds without a default rank. Perhaps it is rectified now.
