Oh, I've did something to the shout box also.

Just a minor tweak.

Mouseover a message and press your left mouse button down...

It will show the time the message was posted.

and you put quotation marks around every message... a little weird, but more representative of "shouts," I guess

I think that maybe it should check if a player is currently in the Bank or Armory though.... It would seriously suck to be buying something like an AK and then get attacked for like 4mil.
