If you get rid of items, whether intentionally or not, there often isn't a way to get back missing quest items. Can this be looked into?

It's not urgent because I've waited this long, but I have quests I can't complete from like 7 years ago because I accidentally removed an item.

I think the idea was that you wouldn't be allowed to destroy quest items, but it might have been glossed over by a**uming you could just restart the quest... but it was then decided that cancelling quests was a bit of a minefield in itself (smiley)

Yes, will be addressed. Will add it to the list.

To clarify, I have no idea which quests this is a problem on as some quests are just "kill these enemies and return" quests. However, it should perhaps be feasible for any quest NPC that gives an item, to provide another if a "I've lost the item you gave me" option is picked?

I think they just need to be soul bound and segregated in your inventory to stop them taking up space. Needs a bit of thinking (smiley)
