If modders were to be created, then yes, I also believe the stars should be carried with them.
And what if there are more than "Netherworld" modified? Since "Netherworld" is similar to hell, could we possibly have a heaven concept, such as Etheria? Meh, not really good at names, but lots of good ideas such as the Mastering Skills thing too
